About me

Dear parents, you have just entered the profile of a great nanny. My name is Petra and I am 22 years old. I am currently studying at the University of Economics in Bratislava (department of business and marketing). However, I live in Poprad and spend a few days a week in Bratislava (mostly Tuesdays and Wednesdays). I have 2 younger sisters, with whom I played since I was little. Thanks to the big age difference, I also took care of them and helped my parents with them. I am part of the Salesians' center in Poprad - Veľká, where I have been volunteering as an animator since 2018. I have experience with children from the 1st year of primary school to young people in secondary schools. We organize weekly meetings, two camps every summer and various events for adults and young people. I enjoy coming up with activities that are both educational and fun. I also completed a two-year animation school ŠpA (school for animators). I am very creative, patient and flexible. I often improvise when animating and I'm not afraid of challenges. I like to spend time with children because we enrich each other and I see the meaning in it. I am sociable and communicative. In addition, I am musically, artistically, and also good at sports. Children make me happy and I believe that their free time with me will be more enjoyable.
