About me

My name is Veronika and I am 21 years old. I studied at a Bilingval High school and I had my final exams (“maturity”) from psychology, biology, Slovak language and English (C1 level). I have been teaching children English (and some of them Slovak) and also babysitting them for 5 years now. During babysitting we play games together, draw, read books, play outdoor games,… I was also working in children’s summer camp several times. I really enjoy working with children. During English classes/Slovak classes I try to motivate them to learn as much as possible. I incorporate a playful form into learning, through various games and activities that I prepare for them. I know that every child is unique, due to that I firstly try to get to know and understand the child, and then approach him individually.
